1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Planorbi ("the Service"), provided by LemSof Oy (3606893-9), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Planorbi is a planning and productivity platform that provides tools for annual planning (Planner), task management (Boards), and strategic alignment (Strategy). The Service allows users to create, organize, and share their work across these tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users may start with a 7-day free trial of the Premium plan. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Billing

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the plan you choose.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
Interfere with other users' use of the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
Create multiple accounts to abuse trial periods
Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, including planners, boards, strategies, and their associated data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Planorbi and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planorbi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
